KaChing KaChing offers you the ability to have your own ecommerce store and earn commissions from sales of products from your store.
Each KaChing KaChing store is filled with millions of brand-name products at everyday low prices. KaChing KaChing has direct relationships with manufactures and distributors that allow us to sell products at very competitive prices and by leveraging these relationships we are able to sell unique, exclusive and heavily discounted items.
Member Store Owners have the ability to make commissions from product sales in their own stores. Regional and National Member Store Owners also have the ability to give away free non-member stores and earn additional commission from sales in those stores.
Also each Member Store Owner has the ability to sell KaChing KaChing store licenses.

KaChing KaChing uses a single line organization structure. Every store (regardless of type) that enrolls after you will automatically be placed in your organization and count towards your Company Volume. That’s right, every store that comes in after you, is in your organization, regardless of who personally sold the store license.
Based on product sales from your stores, sales of store licenses and the company’s performance there are 11 bonus pools that a Store Owner can qualify for.

1. Retail Sales
As a Member Store Owner or Non-Member Store Operator, you can earn commissions based on products sold from your individual store. A Member Store Owner of any license type can earn up to 10% of gross sales from their own store. Additionally, a Non-Member Store Operator may earn up to 5% of all gross sales made on that non-member store site. In doing so, the sponsoring Member Store Owner will earn a corresponding amount of all of these sales (up to 5% of gross sales amount) from his Non Member Store Operators.
2. Bonus Pool Commissions
KaChing KaChing takes 20% of all license fees on a monthly basis and puts it into 6 Different Bonus Pools.
This is where our unique One Line Downline is so powerful. KaChing KaChing has 5 different Company Volume Pools. 15% of all revenue generated from Store License Sales is divided into the 5 different bonus pools. Each active Member Store Owner can qualify for a share in each of these pools by attaining specific goals of Personal and Group Sales volume, retail product sales and license sales, and overall Company volume.
Each Store Owner starts accumulating Company Volume as soon as they receive their store. Each store that enrolls thereafter is placed in that Store Owners Company line and will contribute towards their Company Volume.
Store License Sales that have Fast Start Bonuses being paid out will not contribute towards thepools. However, after the third renewal when Fast Start Bonuses are no longer paid out, the percentage of the license fee that was being applied to the Fast Start Bonus will then be applied to the monthly pools. (See Fast Start explanation below) The company bonus pools are calculated and paid quarterly. If a pool is not accessed, then it will continue to accrue until it is paid out Rising Leaders Pool. There is a 6th Pool during our Pre Company Launch stage based on New Personally Enrolled Store Owners. 5% of all the License revenue each month will be placed in the Rising Leaders Pool and will be paid monthly. For every 5 new personally enrolled store owners you will receive one share of the Rising Leaders Pool. There is no limit to the number of
shares you can earn each month. This Pool is a pre-launch promotion only.
3. Commissions from personal Store License Sales
Immediately earn up to $25 commission on each License that you personally sell (5% for level 1 commissions plus a 20% Fast Start Bonus applicable to each of the first three renewals) For each store license that you personally sell, you will receive a commission. Your personally sponsored representatives are on your first level until you move that store owner to a different location in your group. (You can move them only once within 28 days of their start date.) When your personally enrolled store owners or other active members in your unilevel group sell a store license, you are paid on that License fee according to the level where they reside within your unilevel group down 8 levels deep.
4. Fast Start Store Builder Bonus
Representatives will earn a 20% bonus from all store licenses that they personally sell. This is regardless of their placement in the company organization or the representative’s member store type. This Fast Start Bonus is applicable for the first three months. Specifically to include the initial payment and the next two renewals that follow.
Example: John sponsors Bill at the $100 National Store Owner level. John will receive $20 on Bill’s initial sign-up and this will repeat for his first and second renewal. (This bonus is paid in addition to the amount paid for the group level payout, explained below) During the time that the Fast Start Bonus is being paid to the representative, there will be no revenue from this same store license sale allocated to any of the bonus pools. When the three payments have been paid to the seller of the license, the corresponding amount will then be paid into the company pools and no further Fast Start Bonuses will be paid on that specific sale.
Organization Structure:
KaChing KaChing is the first in the industry to use two separate organization structures symbiotically to maximize team building and payout. There is a Single-line, One Leg Downline that encompasses each and every member and non member store owner. This allows EVERYONE to be compensated on the
overall growth of the entire company. Also, there is a unilevel compensation plan that allows payment down to 8 levels and the opportunity to place member store owners and business builders in specific teams. This hybrid compensation plan allows everyone to combine the stability and long-term viability associated with building a traditional unilevel with the explosive growth and excitement of a power-line or One Leg Compensation Plan.
The Single-Line Organization structure is how over-all volume is calculated and accumulated for each representative. Every store owner or non-member operator who enrolls after you will automatically be placed in your organization and count towards your Company Volume (CV).
Every individual you personally sponsor, as well as every individual that they personally sponsor continuing down 8 levels deep, will count towards your Group Volume (GV). This Group Volume (GV) includes those that your upline may have been placed under you down 8 levels deep. The sales in your stores as well as all sales made in the stores in your group are included in your GV. This is true for all member and non-member stores in your group as well. These volume levels that are calculated using the Single-Line organization structure give you the ability to access KaChing KaChing Bonus Pools as well as Level payouts 8 levels deep into your business.
The unilevel structure allows you to build teams and group of like-minded business people. You can determine where new representatives will go within your specific organization. It gives you the ability to build as wide as you can support. All your personally sponsored paid store owners will be placed on your front line (first level). Each representative will have the ability to access commissions from representatives down 8 levels deep into their business. Accessing these deeper levels of pay can be done by obtaining specific requirements of volume group activity and personal sponsoring. (Requirements listed below)
A time period of 28 days is provided for a one time move of your personally sponsored member store owner to a specific place in your Unilevel. (The assigned position in the Company Single Leg can never be changed) As members are sponsored, they are automatically placed on the sponsors 1st level or frontline. If the sponsor does not move them to a specific place within the unilevel within the 28 day initial time period, they will be secured in that original position permanently. From that point forward, the sponsor will not be able to move them. The Level on which they are placed in the sponsor’s unilevel will determine the corresponding Level Pay to the sponsor each time a license is renewed. The Fast Start Bonus (explained above) will be paid to the sponsor regardless of the placement location of the new member.
The placement of new representatives is a one time event and can not be undone. Representatives can only be assigned to available slots, which are defined as positions that are below an active representative. No placement changes will be allowed after the 28 day period of the new store owner.

Group Volume Bonuses (Paid Weekly)

Company Volume Pool Qualifications (Paid Quarterly)
KaChing KaChing takes 15% of all revenue from the sales of Store Licenses and allocates it to 5 separate pools. Each member store owner has the ability to qualify for a share in the pools based on personal, group and company activity. A member store owner may qualify for multiple pools; the highest pool that a member qualifies for automatically qualifies them for lower pools. E.g. If a store owner qualifies for Pool 4, they will also be qualified for Pools 1, 2 and 3.
Pools continue to accrue until they are accessed and paid out. When a new member enrolls and the sponsor is paid a Fast Start Bonus, no funds will be added to the pool from that transaction. When the Fast Start Bonus period expires, these funds that would have gone to the Fast Start Bonus will be re-allocated to the pools.

For every 5 new personally sponsored Store Owners earn one share of the 5% pool. This pool will accrue monthly and will be paid monthly. There is no limit to the number of shares that a person can earn in this pool. This is a promotional pool that will continue until the Official Company Pre Launch Event.
Fast Start Bonus (Paid Weekly)
In addition to receiving the Group Volume Bonus paid per level, you will also receive a Fast Start Bonus for each of your personally sponsored representatives during their first three payment periods. Upon initial sign-up, you will receive 20% of their store license purchase amount and then again for the following two renewals. The 20% paid out for the Fast Start Bonus is redirected from the amount allocated to the Company Bonus Pools. Therefore, while the Fast Start Store Builder Bonus is being paid to the sponsor, revenue generated from the store license sale will not be allocated into the Bonus Pools.
